Rising Agency - a group of young enthusiasts- was formed with the intention of offering event organizing services to help preserve the traditions and culture of the Vietnamese people. With all of the core members having high appreciation to these intangible values, Rising Agency aims to be the leading speacialized unit in “cultural events curation” in Vietnam.
